Food: Our food begins with the best products and a commitment to sustainability! We serve innovative modern American cuisine using local and organic ingredients when possible, and what we don’t make in-house, we purchase from the finest artisan purveyors.
We uphold a restaurant-style approach to catering: menus that reflect the current culinary landscape; and food that is always made from scratch and cooked á la minute, or to order, on-site.

Chef Wade Hoo Fatt is our Corporate Executive Chef and personally oversees all Quench Events food orders.
Chef Wade, most recently the Executive Chef at Todd Gray’s Watershed in Washington, DC, has been in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years. He has worked in the U.S., Canada and Jamaica (where he was born), and has cooked for the last four United States Presidents, royalty, countless celebrities and personally overseen such luxe events as the MTV Awards and Miami Film Festival.

Featuring over thirty artisan cocktails with fresh house-made ingredients (including over 20 varieties of bitters), Quench is blazing a trail in mixology. We’re excited to offer Cocktails by Quench for your gathering or special event. Quench’s innovative and knowledgeable bar staff – which is available for your event – has its roots in notable area establishments such as Volt, Bombay Club, The W, 901, Sax, Bourbon Steak and the Caucus Room
