Inspired by some of the nation’s most loved bars including Cantina (San Francisco), Holeman & Finch (Atlanta), the Edison (L.A.) and the Clover Club (Brooklyn), the flagship location of Quench opened in Rockville, MD in May, 2012. Quench™ is a neighborhood bar, updated and made for people whose days of buckets of beer and ‘sex-on-the-beach shooters’ are in their rearview mirror.
Quench, located at 9712 Traville Gateway Drive in Rockville (just off 270), offers crafted cocktails and innovative modern American cuisine using local and organic ingredients when possible, and served in snack, small and full-plate sizes. While eating, drinking and socializing at Quench, our guests enjoy “laid back luxury,” with the comfort of a neighborhood bar, mixed with amazing design elements, an attentive staff and incredible food and cocktails prepared by award-winning Chefs and Mixologists.
Quench offers a full menu of lunch (10 items for 10 bucks), dinner, cocktails and desserts Tuesday thru Saturday (with a musical brunch Saturday mornings)
We also have Rockville’s Best (and Longest) happy hour: Tuesday – Friday from 3 – 7 enjoy our 37 Happy Hour ($3 snacks, $4 beer, $5 wine, $ rails and $7 cocktail of the day).
